Getting It Booked In
Heath sits about 5 miles from our Rockwall shop, close enough that a service call here doesn't turn into a half-day trip. We don't run a branch or a drop box in Heath itself - the truck comes from Rockwall - but the distance is short enough that it doesn't change how a job gets scheduled or priced. That tells us what to load on the truck before we ever pull into your driveway, so the first trip is usually the only trip. If it's a spring or a cable, we bring the part. We carry standard torsion spring sizes, extension springs for older lift setups, rollers, cables, and common opener logic boards on the truck, because those are the parts that fail most on a house this age. What we don't stock is anything proprietary to a specific opener brand's newer smart-home boards - those sometimes need to be ordered, and we'll tell you upfront if that's the case rather than guess.
